In my opinion, that line is not homophobic what so EVER. Your taking it out of context. If I had another man or woman suck my dick, or threaten "suck my dick" as if I was to say fuck you, its a reference on how dominent you are compared to the other person. Presumably, if they have casual sex, sex for enjoyment and without romantic accompaniments, they may appreciate a degree of variety in their engagements. I do not see anything necessarily sexist or malign in this, although, being asexual, I do find it somewhat strange an ambition, somewhat like resolving to read 5 Ayn Rand novels. While it may involve some 'objectification', this is by no means more than is generally endemic to sex as a means of pleasure, and, after all, most sexual people are not demisexual.
