Latin American volunteer groups

So a friend and I have been looking into doing some foreign aid work in Latin America this summer and I was wondering if anyone could give me some information on groups they know of

Here is what we are looking for

-Non-Religious or religion not as a major factor (like in Habitat for Humanity)
-Spanish or English speaking country
-1 to 2 months long
-inexpensive training (we are probably living in different cities this summer, so if we have to do training before leaving the country it there need to be programs in or near LA and Tacoma/Seattle)

We don't need a lot of information, just a link would be fine, and we can go get the information ourselves
