I don't know where I should post this, but I'm wondering if there is anyone on the boards who can at least read/write Croatian? I have a paper I want to use for a paper I'm writing, but it's written in Croatian and both Babelfish and Google Translate don't seem to do a good job. It doesn't seem to like the signs of emphasis and punctuation over some of the letters. I don't know what dialect, if any, the paper is written in.
The paper is about 11 pages long and shouldn't be overly complex (that is, there shouldn't be a lot of technical terms). The topic is conceptions of "information" throughout history. It's for a library and information science paper I'm writing. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I'll include the name of the translator in the paper. Below is a link to the 88.07KB paper via Mediafire.com.
