Also, one of the last episodes of New Caprica part of Battlestar Gallactica has a pretty epic cop-slaughter bombing.

Wasn't there a Robocop where a bunch of cops are killed? Not the first one (although one cop does get it pretty good at the hands of the dad from That 70's Show), but one of the sequels...or maybe I'm thinking of another film entirely.

A bunch of Chinese cops get killed in John Woo's Hardboiled. Also, The Matrix.

It's a Dutch movie though. But near the end quite a number of cops die.

There's a fair bit of on-cop violence in Der Baader Meinhof Komplex, though the bloodiest onscreen carnage is inflicted upon members of the military, members of the RAF, and various random RAF targets.

Come to think of it, Reservoir Dogs has its share of on-cop violence. Hardly "multitudes," but I think it deserves a mention.

Not for political reasons, but in Predator a great many cops are killed.

No. Not a single cop dies in Predator; which is about a group of US commandos in Central America battling an alien.

Predator 2 has cops in it.
