This is what any self-respecting journalist will try to avoid when concluding articles. Only when all efforts are exhausted are you allowed to simply say so and so was not available for comment. Like when they refuse to pick up the phone anymore.

I thought the White House was renown for it's PR and crisis management solutions. Looks like they're back to stonewalling. :lol:
