I am specifically looking for contemporary books or papers in relation to radical politics/activism and art.

Any one have some interesting reads to share?

An manga came out not to long ago about politics/activism, I just don't know the name of the book thought.

The Work of Art in the Age of Mechanical Reproduction by Walter Benjamin and The Ways of Seeing by John Berger. Neither are particularly contemporary, but very applicable nonetheless.
