I really enjoy listening to Black metal but its a guilty pleasure given how reactionary the worldviews that go with it whether those of extreme individualism or even worse racial nationalism.

So can someone PLEASE tell me that there is some Black metal out there that has a proletarian world view?

Are they all from Eastern or Central Europe?

And are they are Marxist-Leninist/"Stalinist"/Maoist as opposed to just vaguely left?

Ярость Маркса are marxists. The name actually is russian for Fury of Marx.

"I was disgusted by the amount of racism, nationalism and worship of authoritarian rule lyrically occurs in modern black metal. I am a great supporter of the freedom of speech so it's not like I want to National Socialist Black Metal illegal or anything like that but I think it's really sad. Most of these people do not really politically identify with this ideology anyways, they may like some aspects of it but overall they frequently embrace it because they think it is something old, something noble, something extreme, a form of rebellion against their surroundings - I am not entirely sure, I don't have much contact to these people, luckily. So I thought it was time to do something about this imbalance in black metal by introducing a band which openly labels itself as "communist black metal"

they only have one EP out thus far though I believe.

The others are all just generally leftist or anarchist, as far as I know.

If you google 'RABM' there's communities of people who feel the same as you about the black metal scene and you can probably find some more bands that way.

Profecium are a South American Communist black metal band. They play one of my favorite black metal songs "Proletarios Unidos"

This is a link to a good music blogspot. Every band at that link is Communist black metal

Well, they're not exactly black metal, more like, a cross between Talking Heads, Minor Threat, Mötorhead, Doom, the Melvins, and Black Sabbath. These are three Brazilian bands that have leftist, or at least ant-capitalist/anti-fascist lyrics:
Elektra, Sepultura (sure you've heard of them), and Cólera.
Not exactly black metal, but sludgey-tribal, I guess.

Euronymous from Mayhem was a Marxist. He never really elaborated too much, but he said that he supported Lenin and Mao, along with Ceausescu and Hoxha.

But anyways, here are some Marxist-Leninist BM Bands:

I know you aren't a fan of Anarchism, but they're are a good deal of Anarchist Black Metal bands, particularly "Green-Anarchist" Black Metal.

Euronymous was ostensibly a Marxist, 'cept his Marxism was essentially borne of sexual repression and he professed to being a follower of Pol Pot cos 'he killed lots of people' or something like that.

But yeah, quite a lot of 'green-anarchist' BM bands.

I'm going to be an asshole here, but I have to say as a trotskyist who can't stand that particular genre of music... I'd rather stick ice-axes through my eardrums than listen to a Stalinist metal band:laugh:.

But music taste is subjective and I like a lot of music other people can't stand so no offense to personal music tastes. I mostly listen to Trotskyist Reggaeton bands and Anarcho-Syndicalist Happy Hardcore.

Euronymous from Mayhem was a Marxist..

He wasn't a Marxist, he actually opposes Karl Marx but supports the authoritarian rule of "Communists" such as Pol Pot and Kim Jong-il.

Euronymous was fucking weird.

He was also a proponent of rape purely because it was evil.
