I have two semesters worth of school debt. I'm also trying to save up a good chunk of money. I'm planning on quitting my job and traveling around the US (at least for starters).

I'm trying to save up money as fast as possible. I'm selling all of my books and most of the stuff that I don't use on a regular basis. I'm cutting my spending as much as possible while also picking up overtime at work.

Anyone know any other ways I can save up some money in my free time? I'm thinking about donating plasma if they're open on the weekends but other than that I can't think of anything.

I've also thought about putting up a site where people can donate to me but wasn't sure if anyone would just give money away like that for nothing. Yes, it sounds like a dumb idea to me, too, but the internet is full of stupid ideas that made a ton of money (http://www.milliondollarhomepage.com/).

Plus, I know how much you lot love me.

Selling Sperm is easy. And if you eat enough red meat, you can keep that shit up for a good whole week or more to get a nice little chuck of spending money.

As for that, looks like you've got some good ideas, but selling things isn't easy and can be time consuming when nobody's wanting to buy what you've got. (Obviously.)

Awesome, never heard of that site before, I'll look into it. I'm also going to ask some friends if I could throw a few fund raising parties at their house. I'll just feel like a douche if I do something like that but never end up following through with this.

Do you DJ? (Something in the back of my head makes me think you do) If so make a mix CD and sell it to friends for a couple of bucks. Also applies if you play and instrument.
