so last night before going out i checked my university post for the first time ever. ONE OF THE CNUTS IN DORM/HALLS KITCHEN HAS REPORTED ME FOR SMOKING IN THERE :cursing:

Said i got a £25 fine :@

But i dno how to pay because i was drunk when read it then someone spilled something on it so i put it in the bin

That's a bit of a arseholish thing to do. I used to smoke out of my window and the whole flat seemed to stick of weed afterwards (I later remedied this by putting towels at the bottom of my door), and I used to bake space cakes fairly often, and nobody reported me thankfully. As long as you're respectful enough to do it out the window and not leave the place smelling of smoke then I don't see why they would report you.

You should've bought an exhaust fan. I used to have one in college (originally because it was hot as hell in the late-summer months), and they work extremely well for that situation.

I used to set it on top of my windowsill, turn it all the way up and all the smoke would get whisked out of the room like nothing even happened.

Yeah, that sounds like a pretty good idea. I should really have thought of something like that. I don't really smoke much anymore though because of the baby being around and stuff.

My friend's housemate was caught smoking a bong. He put his head out of the window to exhale just as security were walking past. He only got a disciplinary for smoking though so perhaps the substance itself is irrelevent.
