A jolly individual who is comfortable enough in his own body to eat cookies and brandy all night without feeling bad about it, and has a list of all the naughty girls in the world, watches them sleep, then sneaks into people's homes at night to leave them stuff.

If he doesn't exist, I'll apply for that job (although perhaps one or two things would change; it would be the naughty girls who get the "toys")
