depends on the interpretation of anarcho-communism. Kropotkin was opposed to any wage being paid at all.

worker organizations would be in charge of deciding the organization of their work in the various industries. you would apply for an opening to a worker organization that has an opening. they would presumably decide who to hire, altho there'd probably be rules against discrimination and so on. also, you'd need to have relevant qualifications. you're not going to be taken on to do eye surgery if you don't know what you're doing in that field.

Here here. There would be neither a wage nor a currency system. Such things are obsolete with modern technology and their perpetuation only serves to strengthen capitalist elements.
