Last time I checked he just got handed a one year sentance in prison, and three years probation during which he can't operate a computer...

Fucking fascists :(

Keep us posted on developments, I assume he will appeal?

He's not allowed to interact with any group that uses violence.
What about the US army?

I think he's not really in jail, just a bunch of Frat guys messing with him. Did he happen to say where the prision was? It wasn't by any chance in someone's basement fruitcellar? The reason I ask this is because the FBI agents name is Special Agent John I. Pi......... John I. Pi!!!!!!!!!! Ya, I'll get in contact with the head of FBI Director I Pee Freely and will lodge a complaint about this Special Agents' behavior. (Ha Ha hA

I'm telling you, something smells fake about this, even if this Sherman guy thinks it's for real. (P.S. Terrorism Bad)

"He was sentenced to a year in federal prison on August 4 2003, for the simple act of making a link on his website that the government didn't like. "

What did the link contain?

If you read the whole thing, he linked to a guide. In this guide contained a section of bomb-making information.

I thought he was arrested for information on how to make a bomb being uploaded to his site through a message board. I gathered (thru reading different articles and his site) that it was planted there by skin heads and reported to the FBI.

Oh crap! I sent almost 20 ppl to his site a couple of weeks ago. I bet they love me now!

Plus I was wondering the same thing, if hes in jail yet. I see his name on AIM, but didnt message him because I thought they sent himup the river all ready,

His girlfriend and mother are operating his AIM account now.

And, by the way, this was a plea-bargain. Appealing a plea-bargain? Hmm...

And this is most certainly pretty damn real. Unless these "frat" kids managed to invent thirty armed FBI agents, a few dozen prisons, a court-room, a judge, a prosecuting lawyer...
