because you don't want to throw it out and buy more because you want to save money?

We can't properly answer this question for you.
You'll just have to figure it out yourself.
Good luck.

It's chicken-a-la-Imodium again tonight, kids!

I tried going back to eating meat when I was 19 and got sick a lot.

I tried going back to eating meat when I was 19 and got sick a lot.Yeah, that'll happen.

It takes a while for your body to adjust to a new diet.

When I was a cute little teen I made myself anemic cutting meat out of my diet suddenly; the lack of iron intake was something I hadn't planned (or researched) for.

I got so sick then that I haven't been able to bring myself to change my diet since (even though I know intellectually that if I plan it out I'd be fine.)

I originally cut meat out when I was 10. At 19 tried to go back to it, that lasted not long. Here I am a 23 year old vegetarian.

Haha, sounds like me, except replace the chicken with mince and cheese :tt1:

Seriously though, if it's making you sick and you know it, put it in the bin before it puts you in the hospital.

You probably lose more nutrients through diarrhea than you gain from eating the chicken in the first place. So I'd advise against it.

Diarrhea give you a good diet, they will not steal your nutrients!

If it ain't good it ain't good. Like Noxion said, you're probably not getting any nourishment from it anyway. Throw it out or feed it to the animals if you have any.

if it's boned chicken, don't feed it to a dog. the bones are too small and brittle.

and no, you shouldn't be eating the chicken. I would think that diarrhea would be a clear sign of that.

No, you'd probably only really lose water and salts and things as opposed to not absorbing the calories.

Regardless, food that gives you diarrhea probably isn't good for you.

This thread has progressed well so far. I'm still eating the chicken, but it hasn't given me any more diarrhea. I think I developed an immunity after the second time.

Hows the cut going any how?

Terrible. I keep going out with friends saying I'm just going to drink spirits with diet, which leads to me getting drunk and drinking beer and eating food. So I gotta sort myself on that. I'm also dying from all this damned morning cardio, it's like the hardest thing ever to wake up for, especially in the winter.

I've built some muscle though and have lost a noticeable amount of body fat, just not in the region that I want (stomach, lovehandles). It's a fucking slow process and it sucks but fat that is hard to lose is hard to gain, so once I'm through this I'll be pretty much set, as bulking is a piece of cake compared to this hell.

JazzRemington

I'd toss the chicken, because if I wanted to save money I wouldn't willingly give myself something that requires medicine that would probably be more expensive than buying new chicken.

Plus, isn't there something you could get from eating chicken that hasn't been properly cooked or re-heated?

Ele'ill

Yes continue to do it because eating things that make you sick is healthy.

Not just water and salts; also micronutrients like magnesium and selenium.

Don't forget potassium. which is why I don't drink beer anymore... anyone else get a bad case of the runs after a night of drinking beer?

Sports drinks are quite good for replacing all the stuff you lose from diarrhea/vomiting, or those foul-tasting rehydration drinks from the pharmacy. They're also good for hangovers.

The first thing I always buy on a hangover is Subway and G2. Some people like greasy food, i never understood this. EAT SUBWAY LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!

Subway is overpriced and not that great if you don't eat meat. That veggie pattie looks really dodgy so I always go for what is basically a salad sandwich.

The worst hangover of my life (yes, I can pinpoint it) was cured by a greasy burrito from a Mexican restaraunt.

(+ water & marijuana)

7 bucks for a twelve inch classic sub is a great deal. If you get the $13 specialty subs your just being foolish.

Don't forget potassium. which is why I don't drink beer anymore... anyone else get a bad case of the runs after a night of drinking beer?Yes, the DADS (Day After Drinking Shits). I fucking hate the DADS. Worst thing is when you take a shit in the morning and the first one is awesome - i.e. solid log, no odor, little/no wipage - but then you have to go back like 10 minutes later and you're pissing out your ass.

Is it just me or when you get the DADS do you get a little buzzed, as if there was booze in your shit and your rectum absorbed it as you shat it out? Because this happens to me every time.

The fact that Taco Bell exists and has multiple "chicken" related products means the answer to your question is yes for millions of people.

EDIT: And yeah, I know what you mean about the buzzed, hungover shitting. Weird.

Yep, same here. I have certain foods that trigger it more than others but because of the cortisol fluctuations I go from stopped up to a river every day. Or did pre-op. Now its a river or a worse river.

Things that make it worse:
Taco Bell
Cici's pizza (big time)
Most pizza
Greasy hamburger meat
Bad Mexican food
Long John Silvers

All have fat in them. Lots of fat. So I stay away.
