I'm surprised the PDF above doesn't appear in Reality or the main TNS website. I only found this today, but this is the French edition's replacement of Chapter 15 by three chapters. The first chapter critiques the parecon model before recycling the original TNS critique of market socialisms. The second chapter is most likely some old paper on the socialist calculation debate. The third chapter, Chapter 17, is in fact derived from the Transition to 21st Century Socialism in the European Union program.
