I doubt it. I've had to be subjected to that ad countless times these last few months... Can't really say much about it, but I'd guess it's just as full of exaggerations as any other campaign ad. I don't really care if Rand Paul worships Aqua Buddha or not... I don't even know what Aqua Buddha is. :confused:

But fuck Rand Paul. :mad:

The ad Rand Paul did in revenge was pretty vomit making..."Rand Paul keeps Christ in his heart.." :crying:

The thing is that he was named after Ann Rand who was militantly anti-Christian so I suspect the whole "Church going" thing about him and his dad is a front to appeal to certain Americans.

Anton La Vey's whole thing fits into libertarianism very well...Infact his whole thing is basically Ann Rand with kitschy horror film psycho-dramas.

When Rand Paul was in college, he was a member of his school's local humorist organization, not unlike the Harvard Lampoon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harvard_Lampoon). That's where all these accounts of him tying people up and making fun of religious beliefs originate. Claiming that it was a "secret society" (LOL) is a bit rich, but hey, it's an attack ad so whattaya expect.
