Dear Sirs,
Management at the Nescafé factory in Panjang, Indonesia, still denies the collective bargaining rights of the SBNIP, despite the fact that it is the majority union at the plant and has been seeking in vain for three years to negotiate a collective bargaining agreement. I call upon Nestlé to fully respect trade union rights, stop inventing new conditions for negotiations and immediately engage in good faith bargaining with the SBNIP as the representative of the Panjang workers.
