Comrade Abu Daqqa discusses Palestine with Danish left
Comrade Dr. Mariam Abu Daqqa, member of the Political Bureau of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, participated in a political forum organized by the Danish left political parties dealing with Palestine. Comrade Abu Daqqa gave a presentation on the current Palestinian situation, the U.S./Israeli crimes against the Palestinian and Arab people, and the need for international solidarity to combat imperialism and Zionism.

She also addressed the siege on Gaza, including its impact on hospitals and nurseries, as well as the inability to rebuild homes and institutions destroyed by the occupation attacks and shelling. She said that the occupation is not content with its siege and constant pressure on our people, but also intends to escalate its other terrorist practices, including the Judaization of Jerusalem, the construction of the apartheid wall, and home demolitions in Palestine 48.
Comrade Abu Daqqa emphasized that the Palestinian people will never stop struggling to win their rights, the return of the refugees, and the establishment of self-determination and independence. As long as there is occupation, she said, there can never be a decent life for our people, and so the answer is to continue the resistance in order to bring it to an end.
She discussed the need for Palestinian internal unity, particularly the role played by the women's committees and organizations to develop national unity, and called upon all progressive forces in the world, particularly the left-wing and pro-Palestinian forces in Denmark, to pressure their governments to support the Palestinian people, to expand the boycott movement against Israel and Israeli goods, and to expose the Israeli crimes on an international level.
