The rep system

When you clik the rep button it gives you a window which says "You need to wait 24 hours more to rep agains" Does this mean i have repped succesfully? But how do you negrep, i thought there would come a bar with both rep and negrep. :confused:

no, it means you have been repping/using thanks so much that you cant anymore for the coming 24

Uhhh, this comes out all the time, i havent even repped and i get this :O WTF

EDIT: Ohhh using the "Thanks" feature too much, that explains it xD. Nvm.
