I'm not sure that now is the time to be planning to such an extent.
Until there is world revolution, we will all, unfortunately, have to play by currency rules.
When we have enough of the world in revolution, a move can be made, at the appropriate time, to an economy that will probably be a mix of many things - normal goods might be part of a gift-style economy, luxury goods and scarce goods might be purchasable through labour vouchers.
It all depends on when, where etc. you are talking about.

this is a silly poll. it leaves out the possibility of combining free social provision for a generous set of public goods and services (health care, education, child care, etc) with use of work-based earning of personal consumption entitlement for personal consumption goods.

you're not going to convince people by calling them names.

My thoughts almost exactly. Although, I wouldn't mind if you classified "normal goods" as something like "regular sustenance materials" ( basic nutritional items, electricity, plumbing, heating, housing, transport, health care, education, child care...).

I voted "ONLY labour vouchers" to piss the OP off because the poll is stupid and because OP acts like a 3yo baby on testosterone injections whose candy has been stolen.
I actually support a transitional (!) system similar to how syndicat describes monetary non-capitalist systems in another thread, I guess this would come quite close to whatever people mean by labor vouchers.
To plan for a global communist society would be ridiculous at this point in history.

COMMUNIZE EVERYTHING.
Seriously, my house and wider community are working toward this with pretty brilliant results. I'm living on $600 a month, with "spare" money that I'm putting toward opening an autonomous community centre.
