A government successfully swayed to defend pro-capitalist policies? I'm shocked.

This is why we, the workers movement, are the only ones that could actually defend scientific interests. Scientific research enables humanity as a whole to gain more insights and, for that reason, independent science is proletarian to its core.

Of course for now this is mere idle talk as we can't even get our own arse organised.

Our science minister dude is a young earth creationist and a chiropractor. The tory attitude towards science isn't hard to make out.
