Iran against capitalism?

Why is it that Iran has claimed so many times that they are against Capitalism (like the last time with Ahmedinejad made a speech) when its obviously that they are operating with the same system just under a theocracy?

Anti-US/Western propaganda I would assume, those are most often associated with Capitalism. (Also to gain mad props from anti-imps and confused leftists.)
