Destroying Corporations would be too disruptive to most people's lifestyles, and rather pointless. Destroying the way corporations work, and giving workers direct control over them might make more sense....

Buy from smaller and foreign companies. Therefore in the long run these companies will develope and other companies will generate competition. Earnings will drop and make way for more companies to replace the super power. You now are left with many companies instead of one giant corporation. But this will need time and a large group of people in order for it to work.

It depends on the company. The are many ways to do so.

Do we really need to use Windows? No, so any group of leftist programmers could do a good one if they have the skills.
If you want violence, there's a lot of ways, but many are risky and you could end up in jail.
McDonalds and such companies can be destroyed by counter-propaganda. Just spread the message, dont forget it, they dont allow worker's unions, they dont treat animals too well, their food's quality is not very good (even if it would i dont think it is very healthy on long terms), just make people remember that, but you need to spread it as much as possible.
Media like TV and radio is easy to destroy, find some comrades to help you.
Protests (with information for people going by the zone of it, to inform them), boycotts (not very useful), and that kind of things might help but they need to be done in large scale.
But this actions will only bother huge companies, it will take time, and if it would work other leftists would have already make them dissapear. Doing this kind of things for a long time could help.

Don't forget something: you do not really want to ruin the life of the people who work and own this companies, you want them to CHANGE.

Yes but lets not forget the McLibel triall, it is a lot of work, and was only semi-successful.

Anyway,we all carry the power as consumers to make ethica choices, but most are simply to apathetic to do so, and it is difficult. Have a look at the black and red lists stickied in practice. Run your life around an all out boycott of the blacklist, difficult but trust me it is not impossible.

Buy into fair trade as much as you can, and even if they don't go to the same lengths, encourage others to at least buy them as occasionals, and don't criticise for what they don't do, congratulate for the work they put in.

Go to as many rallies you ca, and get petitions in opposition to chain resteraunts oppening in your area. Also buy you fuel from whichever country you think is most ethical, but as none are great try and use as little as possible.

Recycle more, uses less resources, and osts you less, turn off lights and taps, saves energy, and your pennies.

Read into alternative therapies (I know it sounds very new age/hippy like but hear me out) pharmecutical companies are amongst the worst. They have incredibly high profit margins, test on animals, mostly for brand drugs that are not new or useful, simply profit making. Also cut down your use of cosmetics, and use more natural alternatives.

I can send you advice of changes in the workplace if you tell if you are at school or in employment, there is plenty to be done there.

There is a lot you can do, and then there are groups you can join. Try some of the above for a start.

Do not underestimate share-holder power. It's those people who can really make a difference, because technically companies are only responsible for their share prices, etc.

Obviously there are other things you can do, I think raising awareness of unethical practices is key for getting the share-holders to act, and also relate these practices back to the share-holders, they have to feel responsible, guilt-trip them mercillessly and you might get somewhere!!!

A good example (or bad depending on how you look at it) is Huntington life sciences, alo I don't condone what happened there, and to the share holders, but it was effective.
