Is it possible for working classes to declare war against other working classes? Wars can start from everywhere, not just greed or power.

Inasmuch as the working class exists, it is subject to capital; as such, if it were even to obtain political power from the bourgeoisie, it would probably not have the time nor force to declare war upon another country undergoing revolution for whatever reason while at the same time struggling against its own bourgeoisie. After this process were completed, on the other hand, the working class would have abolished itself along with capitalism, and we would have socialism and no more working class.

No, the class character of the proletariat forbids this. It will try to attack foreign bourgeois governments instead.

Basically, every war in human history was working class versus another working class. But in the name of bourgeois elements.

One didn't have bourgeois elements for the vast majority of human existence. Indeed, it's not as if primitive communes were free of wars, quite the contrary.

I think what he really wants to say is that throughout history oppressed classes have been used against each other by the oppressing classes.

In what scenario would a working class engage in war independent of it's state and bureaucracy (including military) against another state's working class, while ignoring that state's bureaucracy (including military)?

wars in the capitalist era are perpetrated by the bourgeoisie in the name of national or capital interests.

due to false consciousness, some workers may fight for the very same thing.
in times of class consciousness, workers object to it.

workers themselves cannot start wars though. the capitalists wont have it
