The work that the lead singer did with Del is brilliant. The most popular was the fictional band Gorillaz, but Albarn did some songs on Deltron 3030 as well.

Yes that was back in '95. I used to love blur and oasis. The song country house is excelent, and thats an old one.

Good times, Pulp as well to a lesser extent. Oasis were quite good, I always see them as a campfire band, fun on an old acoustic to sing along to. Not to heavy or complicated.

Just got back from seeing them, very decent show, got a great reaction from Song 2 even though they played it very early.Nice light show, cant say i think much of their new material for gigs though.

Check out their early stuff, they were good when they were having the war with Oasis (only one winner out of that one). You had great songs and some of their later songs were good. Not heard their last album as I dont really like them.

Yeh, the Brit pop stuff was good, not too sure of the new stuff, some sounds genuinly good, other stuff just sounds pretensious

Funky Monk, you saw them at the Carling weeekend then? I saw a tiny bit of their set, about 10 minuntes. I'm not a big blur fan but it's good music for what it is. I'm more into punk and metal myself.

safe in the knowledge there will always be a bit of my heart devoted to it.

Yeh, stayed for a while, saw the stuff i wanted to see and then went off to get stoned and watch the fires.
I think perhaps the most amazing band was junior senior, definitely an experience. I also am proud to say thati watched the entirety of Good Charlotte's set.

King prawn were fucking incredible, as were cooper temple clause, alkaline trio and turbonegro, and boysets fire were also good, the movielife were really boring, as were hundred reasons. I only went to the saturday of reading. It was awesome, basically my first ever gig, since i've only ever seen the spice girls and a band from school before.

I went for the weekend and experienecd lots of really wierd stuff. Like being hit in the face with a packet of naan bread whilst having a bong.
Hell is For Heroes rocked as did System and the Darkness.
I agree with Cooper Temple Clause although my attention was diverted to a crazy guy on E who danced for the entire set without stopping. Interpol were also very good, definately looking out for them in future.]
Any naked people running around in Reading?
