I like the old design better. The new one is too tedious to look at. They should get rid of the "home of the revolutionary left" line.

LSD had some kind of epiphany at a trot meeting and went all soc-dem on us, he was kind enough to leave a patronising note for us though. RPAS just seems to have drifted off. TAT was banned, I'm not sure I'm allowed an opinion on that though. Most of the other old timers just kind of buggered off. TC was the funniest because she made about seven threads about how she was "totally leaving the site, guys" before actually leaving.

I totally forgot about TC. I remember her trying to argue once that violins were a bourgeois instrument. For some reason I also remember her commenting a lot on how popular she was in high school. Anyway, why was chit chat gone? That must've been during one of my extended absences.

I'm just glad that line was not followed with the usual threat to break my neck.

Not to sound ungrateful or anything but too much info on a single logo tends to be visually distracting.

Either that or I'm a very nostalgic person who likes things the way they used to be.

Che-Lives was legendary. How can you disrespect it like that? I liked getting red stars instead of blue squares to indicate my ascending rank.

TC seemed to be infected with reactionary third worldist nonsense (the only difference between the MIM and her was that she wasn't anti-sex, if I recall correctly). My memory is a bit hazy, but I believe that she also had something against workers that do not produce commodities (teachers, janitors, etc.).

I vaguely remember some issues with chit-chat. I think some people (such as TAT) were being anti-semites in chit-chat or something like that.
