I just got the new google toolbar because it promisis to block popups, which it doesn't do all that well, but that is not the point. The point is it rates websites by some ranking system I did not bother to read. Anyhoo, it gives Che-lives a zero!!! What the Fuck! The redstar papers gets a three and Stormfront gets a 6! :o What a load of shit...

What do you suppose their "rating" is actually based on?

And how do you compare a site like mine with message board sites? That's apples and oranges...it doesn't make any sense.

It can't be number of searches--I'm sure many more people search for che than me; it can't be number of "hits"--more people visit che-lives in one day than visit my site in a month.

And how do other sites rate? What is the rating scale, 0-10, 0-100, 0-1,000???

I suspect it's rated based on peoples own submitted ratings, because a large body of people who absolutely hate stormfront are so offended by it they don't visit it, they do not get the oppertunity to rate it as 0, whereas those people who like stormfront will always rate it highly which boosts its rating.

If you go into options, there's an option (nonetheless) to add the Rate It button to your bar. I've tried rating the site and it said the rating had been sent to google, so hopefully the site will now be rated.
