Anyone else likes to make wine ??
This is my first time trying and it's pretty cool. I'm making pumpkin wine and its been fermenting for about a week. Seems to be good and somewhat potent, however Im not pleased in terms of viscosity.. its kinda gloopy.. dont wanna add too much water though because that will weaken it and i want this to be fiendishly strong post-halloween shitt
Still its loads easier than i thought it would be.
Imma try and make some sake when i can get another container.
woo this is so cool

Any experience with home beer brewing? I've been meaning to try my hand at that for years.

It's on my "Things to do when I can be bothered List". So probably when I win the lottery. Not that it's prohibitively expensive, but I just can't be arsed.

Beer, mead and wine.
The dirtiest I've done is put some yeast into a jug of ocean spray crap with a balloon on top.

a guy i know got sended to jail for a few months because of a bunch of fines and a protest. within an month he got disciplined for making prison brew.
i learend the recipe from him so i'll share for everybody's benefit for if any of you ever get sended away.
save up your fruit (prefably apples, but any sweet fruit will do), bread and packets of sugar, score some trash/plastic bags..
squish your fruit, add water, the sugar and breadcrumbs (for the yeast) let it brew. keeping it at nights under your blankets or close to the heater if you have one will speed up the fermetation.
it will taste like puke but at least you will get drunk while in jail.... :thumbup1:

One of my friends went to jail, and he told me about how they used to make hooch in their free time.

Lol. If you won the lottery you could just buy a small brewery. But i guess half the charm of home brewing is the fact of making alcohol in a bucket.
