Under the pouring rain, a group of about 50 people gathered in Brussels to protest the construction of a new asylum center and prisons in general.
They lit fireworks, flares and smokebomd and passed out fliers.
Police had no idea a protest was going on and passing cop-cars were attacked with paint and rocks.
As the protest advanced, more and more cop cars turned up, so protesters hurriedly made barricades to slow them down. After about an hour, the protesters dispersed and no-one was arrested.
