Mind your own business.
I admit that the media has implanted a certian homophobicness even in me to the point where gay men make me slightly uncomfortable to be around. :o
Nevertheless I still have no problem with them being able to legally marry.
I mean what, are you scared all the good men are going to be taken? :P

haha :P
marriage is for tax purposes, and as such, everyman woman and of age child should be able to employ it as a means of paying less money for silly things.
perhaps a gay livestyle is to "un-nurturuing" for our children? as opposed to what? your average home with either alcoholics or the parents that neer make it home because they are working to make that extra bucj to buy the new thing, that gets replaced next month. sounds great.

You know what bugs the heck of me? Being called Strait! I'm not strait! Bankers are Strait. Accountants are Strait. Capitalists are Strait. I'm heterosexual, there's a difference. Strait means not funny, emotionless, or ; heterosexual means I’m attracted to people of the opposite sex. Big difference.
Oh wait, this isn't the same rant, huh?
In that case, why shouldn't someone support gay marriage? Either you believe in some all-powerful all-forgiving and loving god(s), or you don't. If a God is so loving why would (s)he create people a certain way and then claim that that way was immoral and people should be attacked because of what that God did? That's just fucking sick.
And if you don't believe in any go, then people can do whatever they want as long as it doesn't hurt anyone so what's the big fucking deal?
If a homophobe can ever give me a reason not to respect a group of people who’ve generally shown nothing but complete agreement with everything I believe in… I’ll be bloody surprised enough to listen.
Anyway, the ban on gay marrage that Bush was talking about is just fucked up. There are two different institutions of marrage. One is a political/social institution and the other is a religious. Religious marrage is determined by the church, who can go jack off in the corner for all I care, but political marrage acutally has legal ramifications. Excluding any group from this social institution is no different from denying any other group. Would Bush acutally say that Blacks should be able to get married (well, we know he'd like to...but...)?
He's trying to apply religious definitions to a social institution... like the Taliban did in Afganistan.
Homophobes are just pissed 'cause they can't get laid...

I don't have a problem with gays, in faact even the stereotypical queens are a good laugh. The speaker at my late uncles wedding was his gay friend, and he had the place laughing, which is what was needed, but he did it tastefully and with a willingless to forget his own dignity that I have never seen a straight man do.
The last thing you want to do is force gays underground. If they do that who knows, they might make a bomb and infect the whole world with gay.

Oh, is homosexuality a virus now? I suppose you're someone who's sure to stay away from the handicapped for fear of catching it.
I swear that the comment I hear from people about homosexuality on this board make you all sound as if you are living in the dark ages. <_<
Perhaps the most amusing thing about you morons is the fact that while you seem to think that homosexuals are around for your amusement, you're oblivious to the fact that homosexuals ( and those of us who aren't inbreed country bumpkins like you) find your narrow-mindedness, and fear of what goes on behind closed doors in your neighbor’s house... a constant source of amusement. ....
Be rest assured, they are all laughing at you Jethro, Bill-Bob, Peggy-Sue, or whatever your mother/sister named you

I need some advice.
I was in the pub two nights ago and this kat accidentally grabbed my pint and took a drink. This normally does not affect me at all as I am used to this happening in the pub on occasion. I later found out that this kat was gay.
Am I now at risk of catching the gay? As I was not wearing my anti-gay agenda spray that night (I forgot to put in on in my haste to get to drinking) and am now plauged with this horrible feeling I may end up with the gay.
Today I went to rent a video and could not stop myself from wanting to rent "Jeffrey", "Steel Magnolias", "Fried Green Tomatos", "the Sound of Music" and "Priscilla, Queen of the Desert".
I think I have caught the gay!!
Damn gay agenda!! I curse you!!
Please help as I have an overwhelming desire to buy some nice shoes that will match this beautiful olive coloured suit I had to buy today. (the boutique owner said it really brought out my eyes)
Any assistance is appreciated.

Here's the whole poem:
Edward Field b. 1924
Icarus
Only the feathers floating around the hat
Showed that anything more spectacular had occurred
Than the usual drowning. The police preferred to ignore
The confusing aspects of the case,
And the witnesses ran off to a gang war.
So the report filed and forgotten in the archives read simply
“Drowned,” but it was wrong: Icarus
Had swum away, coming at last to the city
Where he rented a house and tended the garden.
“That nice Mr. Hicks” the neighbors called,
Never dreaming that the gray, respectable suit
Concealed arms that had controlled huge wings
Nor that those sad, defeated eyes had once
Compelled the sun. And had he told them
They would have answered with a shocked,
uncomprehending stare.
No, he could not disturb their neat front yards;
Yet all his books insisted that this was a horrible mistake:
What was he doing aging in a suburb?
Can the genius of the hero fall
To the middling stature of the merely talented?
And nightly Icarus probes his wound
And daily in his workshop, curtains carefully drawn,
Constructs small wings and tries to fly
To the lighting fixture on the ceiling:
Fails every time and hates himself for trying.
He had thought himself a hero, had acted heroically,
And dreamt of his fall, the tragic fall of the hero;
But now rides commuter trains,
Serves on various committees,
And wishes he had drowned.

RAF, this leaves me very distressed indeed. you rented "priscilla queen of the desert" and didn't tell me? didn't invite me over for twizzlers and a movie? didn't you know that's my FAVORITE drag movie? didn't you know that because of that movie i bought an abba cd (which i've lamentably lost) and went around singing "mamma mia" for two months?

I have a male friend who only wears women's clothing..... but I wouldn't really call it "drag" because I've never noticed that he does, I guess I've just never noticed it til he told me..
