Revolutionary Laws 1 and 2
1. Since there is a resurgence of fascism, since the attacks of fascists are aimed at progressive groups, immigrants, minorities, workers, queers, and poor people (whom make up the Kitchener-Waterloo Youth Collective [KWYC]), since in the past fascists have blown up Marxist-Leninist book stores, homes of activists in the KW area, and within the last 3 years activists families have been targeted, fascists attacked people at their place of employment, progressive drop in centers such as the Spot have been attacked and people who attend them have been targeted, let it be known that people who are actively recruiting for organized fascist or neo nazi groups are now banned from the area with the following perimeters: Charles to Weber and Fredrick/Benton St. to Victoria. This law will be enforced by the Peoples Community Defense Brigade.
2. Anyone who associates with the Waterloo Region Police, CSIS, or the Anti Terrorist Intelligence Unit for the purpose of interfering in the KW Youth Collective, or to attempt to liquidate the people's movement will be banned from downtown Kitchener. This Law will be enforced by The People's Community Defense Brigades and all supporters of the people's movement.

Guilty of breaking revolutionary law #2 by giving testimony against Nik Keddy, intimidating youth from going to the Spot, using a knife to shred an OCAP patch off of a youth, placing a variety of youth under citizens arrest and illegally trying to gain access to the home of a person with the purpose of intimidating them from seeking assistance from the KWYC with a direct action case. John Holsts has until Aug. 24th to remove himself from the downtown core.
