can anyone help with ripping EDL item from dutch tv website

i really want to rip an item from dutch television in wich the EDL leadership gets their flags nicked and their arses kicked (http://www.powned.tv/uitzendinggemist/maandag.html 8.15 till 13.00) and put it on youtube but i really dont know how to do it under OSX.
anyone who can do it for me or can tell me how to do it?

hmmm, you could send the video output to some recording devise, like a camcorder. put the clip on full screen and then record, then import it from the camcorder.

OR to get even more bubba/kludge on it: use a camera to film your computer screen while it plays, then import and upload.
