Don't know about that but I read once that the SS used some of the organizational principals of the Jesuits. When in Rome...

I didn't know the Communist Party ordered the systematic rape of little boys. The soviets (workers councils) surely never did :)

His main point seems to be trying to relate the Church's policy on celibacy on their priests (to prevent dynasties) with the Soviet policy of forbidding nepotism by blocking the children of party leaders from getting meaningful positions. The goal for both was to establish an organization that would not depend on a single figure(s) and be able to perpetuate itself.

However I don't see how this is a unique trait to either, as many organizations tend to have features to ensure their longevity and prevent corruption, or at least keep the benefits to the leadership in the case of organizations that have become corrupt. He seems to be trying to relate his one evil, organized religion, to the other evil, Communism, over his misconception that both are dogmatic and that, in his words, "we humans do have an urge for simple answers that would explain in best cases the whole of universe in the case of religions and the whole of the human history in the case of Marxism."

Taking another quote from another post on his blog,

The real enemy of reason is dogma. A life driven by reason is impossible when one has overriding faith in things that cannot be proven or unproven in the real world. The dogmas that have caused the most harm to mankind are of course dogmatic religions, but during the last century even more harm has been done by dogmatic political ideologies like Marxism and Nazism.

And you'll see his reasons for making these kinds of claims. Made even less surprising when you see that he has Karl Popper things recommended.
