Wutever, bro, in the states KFC rules. You have them in London, so by logic it must rule in Britain as well.

Fried chicken probably has to be one of the worst foods out there. I've eaten it maybe 2/3 times in my life, and it was disgusting.

Nah if you go anywhere outside central london there are so many other smaller chicken shops that are so much better with their own homemade secret chilli sauces and secret recipes and shit. only problem is you run the risk noxion pointed out.

KFC is pretty expensive compared to a lot of places too.

There is this chicken shop in Croydon that I always used to go to loads because it had a sink and I was normally drunk and the sink seemed impressive. That being said the chicken there was shit so be warned.

Also there was this jokes place in Crystal Palace that always changed names and once it sold sandwiches as well as chicken, they just used to sit there looking old and dry and I doubt anyone ever bought them.

Although I haven't eaten fried chicken for over a year and a half so don't know whats going on now.

Id recommend you stay in Fulham. Theres cheap accomodation and fantastic kebab shops a plenty. Its only 10 minutes from Victoria as well.

Fulham is cheap now?
... well I suppose it probably is cheap relative to Covent Garden or somewhere like that but beyond that not really.

What's a chicken shop? Something like KFC? Pretty much except they're better (apart from the dodgy ones that give you squits like nothing else) and tend to have options other than chicken available. The other options are invariably just as unhealthy, if not more so.

When I was still living in London, there was a really nice fried chicken place right next to Queens Road train station in Peckham, 2 minutes from me and cheap. Bonus was it was usually opened till about 3am, so by the time I got back from work, it would still be open :tt2: ... and it was next to the best Chinese I've ever had, their sweet and sour pork fried rice (hong kong style) was wicked.
