So i have the black flag bars tattooed on my arm, and the last bar seems to be a little crooked, is there anyway i can touch this up? possibly using a skin colored ink?
My wording is probably a little messed up because I'm a little tipsy tonight.

You do realize they're supposed to be a little crooked...
This should serve as an example of why not to get or fix tattoos while you're drunk.

I didn't get the tattoo while i was drunk actually it was quite the opposite if you take the central nervous system into consideration.Also take a look at my avatar to and explain where the crookedness is...

I was saying you're trying to get a tattoo of an image that's supposed to be slightly crooked or off center fixed so it isn't.
Yes, the bars look crooked.
