DAMN IT, I do the tyt links, watching it right now. He gave him the eye of the tiger intro :), which is awesome.
I love his opening answer, "saying I'm not a fan of American exeptionalism is like saying I'm not a fan of the moon being made of green cheese."
Cenk does the interview well, he asks the right questions, many liberal interviews of chomsky are just people saying "common, COMMON, the US is'nt THaaaattt bad, common, COMMON, is'nt there ANYthing good about Capitalism." Which he answers very well generally along the times of "Sure, but the same could be said, infact moreso, about the USSR." But Cenk asks better questions, of who benefits, why and how. I love his comparisons to the USSR.
Its also uplifting slightly that he compared today to the 1920s, and how then the Capitalist class looked so powerful then, but were weakened with popular action, so it can be done.

I know, that's why I put it in OI!
To me it seems the intro and Cenk in general was sort of getting on Chomksy's nerves. But then again, I've never seen an interview with Chomsky where he didn't look annoyed at the interviewer.
The comparison to the 20's is good. I also like how he states that a lot of the gains made in the U.S. by the labor movement began to be dismantled in the 70's and 80's. That was a major turning point in the country, where we were moving towards a European like system of strong social safety nets and regulations, to whatever it is we have now.
Also, his point about how Obama basically hired all the people who created the economic crisis was pretty good too, and I think it sort of irked Cenk, because ultimately he's an Obama apologist.

I think Chomsky is purpetually annoyed :P.
Chomsky is the 8th most quoted person (they count the bible as a person :P), the guy just makes so much sense and is the most respected intelectual in the world right now .... Yet in the US, whats the mainstream media's view of Chomsky, strange is'nt it.
