In the last year 15 people have been shot in Malmö, Sweden and 1 of them have died. They have in common that they are immigrants and dont have a criminal record, the shootings are unmotivated. But now a theory has been built up by the police that some racist are going around and are shooting immigrants because the weapon has been the same one in some shootings. The last shooting happend today and 2 days ago one guy was shot in the back waiting for the bus.
It is believed that this guy or guys are copying the "laserman" John Ausonius that did the exact same thing in the early 90s in Sweden when he shoot 11 immigrants.
The police in Malmö that is Swedens third largest city have warned people with dark skin to get out at night in the streets.
This new "laserman" comes in a time with the far right growing in Sweden exactly like the climate in Sweden was in the early 90s.
Ironically the only person that have died was a young ethnic Swede that was sitting in the car with an immigrant friend who also got shot in the head but survived.
Police warn immigrants after Malmö shootings
Police in Malmö (http://www.thelocal.se/tag/malm%F6) issued a warning on Thursday urging residents with immigrant backgrounds to be extra careful when out alone at night or in the evenings.

Three injured in Malmö shootings (http://www.thelocal.se/29718/20101020/) (20 Oct 10)
The warning comes following information released by the police on Wednesday indicating that residents with immigrant backgrounds have been targeted in a number of recent shootings, up to 15 of which the police believe may be related.
Police also cautioned members of the public not to try to intervene if they witness a new shooting.
“You shouldn’t give chase. The first think you should think about is your own safety, then call the police,” J-B Cederholm of the Skåne County police said at a Thursday press conference, according to the Kvällsposten newspaper.
There have already been 50 shootings in the southern Swedish city this year. While a number of the shootings haven’t resulted in any victims, olice are nevertheless concerned about the situation.
They believe that one or a handful of dangerous individuals are behind up to 15 shootings in which all but one of the victims has had an immigrant background.
As a result, police have focused their investigation on groups of right-wing extremists.
“It’s part of our preliminary investigation. But we’re also looking wider than that,” police spokesperson Mats Lassén said at the press conference.
The first victim was a 20-year-old woman who was alone in a car with a 21-year-old man near the Rosengård (http://www.thelocal.se/tag/roseng%E5rd) neighbourhood in October 2009.
The woman died from her injuries, while the man, who had a foreign background, survived.
No one has been arrested in connection with the shootings, according to the police, who have established a special group with several officers to work on the investigation.
While no tips have come in which have led to a major breakthrough in the case, police are hopeful that they will be able to arrest the suspected shooter or shooters, Kvällsposten reports.
“And if the assailant continues, there is a greater risk that he’s make a mistake, that he’ll leave a trace of something behind,” said Cederholm.

Ah yes, Sweden sadly is a hellhole for immigrants. I wrote about how my brother got hospitalised by Swedish Democrat party supporters and how Hell's Angels drive around and knock people... I wouldn't be surprised if it's Hell's Angels or some similar bikers gang involved in this shooting considering the small private war they had in whole Scandinavia few years back. Indirectly they are involved for sure considering all the weapons trafficking they do.

I dont hink Hells Angels is involved because they have some immigrants in their organisation.
Probably just some lone ranger affected by the political climate, that was the case 20 years ago with John Ausonius who shot 12 immigrants and killed one. It is a mystery how history repeats itself. Twent years ago you had - racist party in the parliament, big debate about immigrants, openly racist views and a guy going around shooting immigrants. Today we have - a new racist party in parliament, a big debate about immigrants, openly racist views and a guy going around shooting immigrants.
The only difference is that 20 years ago you also had big nazi-gangs going around beating immigrants and not a very big antifa in Sweden. But today we have a big and very militant antifa in Sweden and no big nazi-gangs going around in the streets anymore.

I know first hand how bad racism is in Sweden being an immigrant there and all (never mind our PM stating that Sweden is a 'tolerant' state  ). I know that the anti-FA got some extra muscle but nazi groups are still strong and there still are far too many racist attacks to remain calm about it.

Swedish police link 'racist' shootings to lone gunman
Swedish police fear a lone gunman may be behind a spate of racially-motivated shootings in the southern city of Malmo. Detectives say they are linking up to 15 gun attacks in the city over the past year that have targeted people of immigrant background.
The investigation comes amid growing tension in Sweden over immigration.
In elections in September, 20 members of a far-right anti-immigration party won seats in parliament.

Police have not revealed exactly which cases the special unit is looking into.
However, Swedish media report that they include one fatal shooting - a 20-year-old woman last October who was sitting in a car.
In recent weeks, two men of ethnic minority background have also been shot and wounded while waiting at bus stops in the city.
And on Thursday evening two women described by police as "immigrants from a European country" were wounded after being shot through their apartment window.

"We have established a special unit here in Malmo to investigate between 10 and 15 similar crimes," police spokesman Lars-Haakan Lindholm told AFP news agency.
"It does appear there are racist motives. We are receiving help from profilers from the national police force. This is our number one top priority right now."
The investigation has revived memories of a spate of racially-motivated attacks in and around the Swedish capital Stockholm from August 1991 to January 1992.
John Ausonius, now 57, killed one person and wounded 10 others. He was jailed for life in 1994.
Malmo, which has a significant immigrant population, was the scene of riots in December 2009 following the closure of an Islamic centre.

One more shoooting just happend at an Iraqi shopowner that was cleaning his shop when somebody fired two shots at him from outside the shop. This shopowner is active in an cross-religion group that held a rally today against the shootings and have the same sign on his shopwindow as the signs they had in the rally today against the shootings.

This is really repulsive and scary, as you say aty, how history is repeating itself.
OBS! Speculation The simmilaritys with Lasermanne of the 90s might get to overwhealming, so people will think its an exact same persone, it might be (far as we know) many snippers, maybe they belong to theire own little "group" ore even some that got inspired frome the first shooter, we dont know.
Have the police pressented some teqnichal reaserch about the bullets, if they came frome the same weapon, or if the shots are to simmilar in the aiming to come frome different people?
know that the anti-FA got some extra muscle but nazi groups are still strong and there still are far too many racist attacks to remain calm about it.
How do you mean they are strong?

(CNN) -- Swedish police have arrested a 38-year-old man suspected in a series of shootings targeting immigrants, they said Sunday.
"The man was arrested late Saturday night on suspicion of murder and attempted murder," lead prosecutor Solveig Wollstad said.
Eight people have been injured and a woman, 20, killed in the shootings which police believe are connected to the gunman, according to CNN's Swedish affiliate TV4.
The fatal shooting took place in October 2009, and the seven attempted murders have been between October last year and October this year, according to police.
"What connects all these crimes is that the victims have an immigrant background," said Borje Sjoholm, a spokesman for the regional criminal division.
Investigators have been interested in the suspect "for some time," Sjoholm said.
"What led to his arrest was good old traditional police work and information from the public," he added.
"There was new information that came to light, which is what made me take the decision to arrest the man," prosecutor Wollstad said.
He denies the allegations, the police spokesman said.
Police said the arrest was made in Malmo, the southern city where the shootings occurred.
The suspect is of a Swedish background and was arrested at his home, police said.
"Police contacted him last night where he lives. He came out and he was then arrested. All went very calmly," Sjoholm said.
Police would not speculate on the man's motives or give any more details about who he is.
"He is now suspected of some very spectacular crimes, and we don't want to give any more details that could potentially identify him," Sjoholm said.
The suspect does not have a police record in the last five years, according to police.
He also has a license for two weapons which were found in his home when police searched his property, they said.
"We will now conduct a technical investigation of the weapons, firing them and examining them, all to establish if these are the ones used in the shootings," Sjoholm said.
"We are really prioritizing this investigation now. Just because we have arrested a suspect doesn't mean we can pack up and go home," he said.
The suspect has been questioned once so far, and more interrogations are planned, he said.
The lead prosecutor has until noon (6 a.m. ET) on Tuesday to decide if the suspect is to be formally charged with the crimes.
Malmo police have had an increased number of officers patrolling the streets during the last few weeks.
"We will continue with our increased presence," said local police chief Ulf Sempert.
"We want our local citizens to continue to feel safe and we also want to continue our good relations with the public," Sempert said.
"If there are still people out there who have information about these shootings we want them to feel comfortable contacting police and giving us any more clues into what has happened," he added.

On tuesday, 2010-11-09, which is also the 72nd anniversary of the Kristallnacht in Germany, there will be demonstrations in all major Swedish cities against all kinds of racism; that of these murderers and that of the Sweden Democrats that got elected into the parliament this year.
