I'm glad i watched this, i detest this type of propaganda, persued by radical right religious zealouts, as one of the speakers said in the clip "They want us to have the children, but once they're born, they don't care about their healthcare, they don't care about their education, wellbeing, etc.

Seriously, There's little to no chance that those religious right's want more african americans in thier neihbourhoods anyway.
