Okay, I don't know what is going on, but how the heck did he manage to win the nomination with 59% of the vote (no money, no website, no campaign at all)?

Almost is hoping he will win (obviously impossible given unfavourable poll numbers and his own shortcomings), just for the fun of it.

Greene is no competition for DeMint. He's completely inexperienced in bourgeois politics, including the dirty tricks they play. I'm still not sure how he won the primary, though it is possible that he did win legitimately; his opponent was not well known, but those who did know him mostly hated him.

Greene is no competition for anyone. Unless some scandal is rocking DeMint, he will be toast.

Because they knew he didn't have a chance so they funded him so he could beat the more experienced dem and make it easier for that ass hat DeMint to win.
