Revolutionary government in Bolivia?
You could argue it's progressive but there's no way you could argue it's revolutionary.

My mother travelled around South America in the 1980s, and she told me stories from Bolivia and how the indigenous were treated like shit. She told me how the they had to leave their seats in the bus whenever a white person entered and the way the whites would ridicule and shout in their faces in public. Good to see that Morales is doing something about it, and that things are moving forward.

it is subjectively revolutionary from the perspective of the indigenous majority who have been subjected to systematic political and economic exclusion and institutional racism under both Spanish colonialism and USA imposed neo-colonial status. the Bolivian process was democratic-progressive in its first phase between 2005 and 2009; it has become a process moving towards revolutionary democracy in its current second phase (in context of the greater process of latin american second independence and integration). The refoundation of the state was accomplished following the ratification of the plurinational constitution in 2009. there is still much to be done.
Who cares if you are actually from Latin America and understand the political process going on there? You need to be enlightened by sectarian North American Trotskyist and left-communist articles so you know whats REALLY going on!

That's so obviously not an exclusively left communist or third camp trotskyist viewpoint.
