I have heard many of you slag of Bourgoies elections that are seen in most of the world. I do agree that this form of elections is hugely flawed and a replacement needs to be implaced for a perfect utopia. Can any of you explain to me how the perfect communist democracy would work?

Look at this thread...

The same difficulties are present with regards to speculations about political processes.

That is, we could "think up" a version of "perfect democracy" that would be archaic by the time the revolution happens. There would already be obviously better ways to choose from.

Right now, the "popular" speculations are (1)decisions that must be delegated are done so only through mandated and instantly recallable delegates and (2) all other decisions made via direct democracy through the internet.

But it could turn out to be something entirely different.

"A Communist perfect democracy" will undoubtedly have some of the features outlined by Redstar. And they are extremely important. It will mean/involve the beginning of processes where the apparatuses of the state undergo fundamental transformation. The end of the regular army, the end of bureaucracy as we know it, the end of elections and representative/liberal democracy, the socialization of the means of material and intellectual production, etc.

On the political level, we are are talking of processes that lead to the emergence of/the appearance of structures of direct democracy. The false liberal notion of sepapartion of powers, the three branches of government will be transcended. The legislative, executive and judicial organs/powers will be united in one body, i.e. the exploited & oppressed social groups/the people. This would imply the coming into being/concrete emergence of a sort of power that implies the acheivment of the notion of "popular sovereignty". The parasitic segemnt/strata of modern society such as the bureaucracy, technocracy, the judges etc will all become "extinct".

Ofcourse the above changes are only one facet/aspect of the fundamental transformations associated with the Socialist revolution. In the earlier revolutions we see examples of this new form of political power in the communes of the French revolution (1871), the Soviets of the Bolshevik revolution etc.

Redstar's point about the role and/or the role of the internet is central. We could view the internet, originally developed by the Capitalist Military Industrial complex, as an example of the emergence of developments in Capitalist society that herald the future society that would transcend present class society. The Internet in theory, and on a very limited scale, bearing in mind the hundreds of millions who don't have access today, offers the possibility for direct and interactive society.

You may want to check out this website (http://www.fairvote.org). There are a lot of good ideas explained there.
