Did you guys see the trailer for the movie called Red getting ready to go to theaters?

It looks alright, still deciding whether I'll see this one or not.

What do you guys think?

Clicked on this thread thinking it was going to have something to do with Krzysztof Kieslowski's Trois Couleurs trilogy. Silly me.

Anyway, nope, don't really have any desire to see that film. I'm kind of disappointed in Morgan Freeman and Helen Mirren for even bothering with it, actually.

Helen Mirren chose to play the odious Ayn Rand, and Freeman has spent much of his time lately playing God. :D

I found a studio copy of the movie. It's hilarious! I definitely recommend all to see the movie.

I gotta say I wasn't real happy about those choices either, especially Freeman's. Anybody who chooses to play opposite Jim Carrey needs to be back slapped.
