Found a google book called Process of Investments in the USSR.
I want to learn about the process of investments and investment decisions in the former USSR. How they worked and such. I found this book online but it seems to be written by an economist who favored neo-liberalization of the former bloc.
I want to know if any one has heard of this author; David A. Dyker.
Even though he advocated for the dissolution of the USSR, would he still be a great source that documents the history of investments in the USSR?
