i interested to konw whe issues concerning sport , health and nutrition became important. Also when did people start exercising, jogging etc.

I don't know anthropologically when humans began consciously exercising, etc, but I could imagine that our ancestors were like "Hey I can throw the spear ___ far... how bout you?" and so on.

And becoming stronger was important to survival. However, i think conscious exercise like going to "work out" probably started during the Industrial Revolution when people weren't doing as much backbreaking, muscle-building manual labour.

Also when did people start exercising, jogging etc.

when nike (or doctors or daytime tele etc) realised they could make loads of cash

Probably with the emergence of agricultural societies and a class that could afford to spend time becoming athletes. Certainly its ancient, see the original Olympics and all that, but would have been irrelevant/alien to most common people

As for the idea of fitness as something that everyone should worry about or work to achieve, I'd probably date that to the emergence of the gymnastics movement in 19th C Germany/Austria
