I also heard that Mario Teran was the one that killed Che... I have DVD with an intervieuw with him but in the interview he denies that he killed him altough several other sources say that he was the one that killed Che..

but I guess the rest of you guys is right...He only killed a man but the spirit and ideas of Che will always live
