Wow, I didn't expect there'd be any archives of Rebel Forums. When I joined Revleft, I think most of that drama was pretty much over, but it wasn't quite out of everyone's minds yet. For a long time, the URL to it was censored through the word filter here. I do believe the Rebels considered the CC anti-democratic, but I'm not sure what their alternative was. Democracy for all?

The other thread is also pretty funny. I had totally forgotten about the HRA.

Yes, their system I believed allowed even initial members to participate in some decision making; although I'm not sure what kind of checks and balances they had placed.

It wasn't a "forum war". Some losers got grumpy and decided to make a shitty forum that lasted about 3 months.
