I don't care what you all think of this man, who had no political allegiance during his years in Peru, and few ambitions except to stay in power (by crushing left-wing rebels). Anyway, he is planning to return to Peru, and I think that this should be prevented. So, anyone who lives in Japan and wants to help end non-native rule in South-America, I beg of you to kill this Murderer and Swine.

I was just reading that Peru wants Japan to extradite him back to Peru for trial. Japan has refused the request for extradition.

My guess is that if he goes back, he'll be killed by someone or certainly jailed. So you may get your wish.
