Anyone could give me suggestions on how to give a presentation without being nervous. Tommorow i have to give a presentation and i get real nervous. What can i eat or drink? My grandma said to eat cucumber but that may be a tradaitional form. I really don't know. Anyone care to help me out here?

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. I say, if you can handle it without drugs, then that's probably the best way to go. But if not, then make sure you get a legitimate script and don't buy anything from the street. Also, if you decide on medication, take one a few days before the talk so that you know how it will affect you, in case you have a bad reaction or it makes you too sleepy or tired.

Just watch your breathing. I find the more I try to relax my breath (by breathing slowly and deeply) the more relaxed I feel overall.

But if you're real keen on eating or drinking, then why not a few beers to loosen yourself up?

I would second what Invincible Summer said, deep breaths are a savior. I always use them when I feel nervous..

Also, I personally would like to know how your presentation went, and what you eventually did to deal with the nervousness.
