Those of you who understand Swedish can read this article (http://politisktinkorrekt.info/2010/09/16/idag-lagger-sveriges-invandrare-ner-allt-arbete-kl-14/) for some quotes, as I assume you don't need to be told exactly what's happening
For those not blessed to understand (or use Google Translate)...the basic idea is that a Facebook group was made, suggesting that today (in about half an hour, actually), all people of immigrant background should stop working for five minutes, in order to show how important immigrant labour is to the Swedish economy. This is to protest against the fact that the anti-immigration Sverigedemokraterna party look set to pass the vote threshold needed to enter parliament in the upcoming elections, and show people who were considering voting for SD to reconsider.
What do we think? A good idea which should be replicated in other countries where anti-immigration parties are gaining strength (such as Britain, with the BNP), or is it just a drop in the ocean?
