Q - Thank you. I am active mostly in the workplace. I'm an introvert with strong tendencies towards solitude. It's something I'm working on because it's become oppressive. Too much of my life is lived in my head without much action to show for it. I've been forcing myself into situations that require action to try and work the introversion into a manageable form. That's how I started at work. So the answer would be: not as much as I would like to be, but I'm working towards it.
