Anticommunist campaign is advancing in Czech Republic. The youth communist Czech organization (KSM) has been prosecuted by the request of senator Jirzi Oberfalzer for putting on their website www.ksm.cz the report of the Burdenko Comission about the Katyn massacre. Obernfalzer states that KSM broke the law by "questioning the crimes of communism against humanity". The maximum punishment is 3 years in prison. The request was signed by the former head police officer Stanislav Novotny and chief of the new Institute For Political Analysis (http://www.informacniinstitut.cz/informacniinstitut/Informacni_Institut/Aktuality/Entries/2010/9/8_TZ__Trestni_oznameni_na_Komunisticky_svaz_mladez e.html), Petr Cibiulka.
